Audio Listening — Sales / Coaching-Roleplay Variant
An audio-driven listening exercise where learners hear a roleplay clip and answer prompts about how it was handled — pilots a sales objection coach but the pattern fits any conversation-skills or roleplay-analysis lesson.
Best for: Conversation-skills lessons where the learner needs to hear a real exchange and judge how it was handled rather than just read about it.

What it does
- Audio roleplay player — play, pause, scrub, replay, and adjustable speed for the recorded conversation
- Coaching prompts — questions ask the learner to judge what worked, what was missed, and what they'd do differently
- Reveal-on-demand transcript — an optional transcript can be shown after the learner attempts the prompts
- Per-question feedback — instant correct/revisit cues with a short coach's note explaining the answer
- Replay-clip-from-question — each prompt can include a 'play this part again' button that scrubs to the relevant moment
Best use cases
- Sales training — objection handling, discovery-call analysis, closing-conversation reviews
- Customer support — call-recording reviews, escalation handling, tone analysis
- Coaching and consulting — discovery-call critique, fee-conversation reviews, scope discussions
- Healthcare communication — patient-update analysis, bedside-conversation reviews, family-meeting practice
- Leadership and management — feedback conversation reviews, performance-talk analysis, conflict-mediation practice
What you can change with your DNA
When you run this through the remix skill, your CCOS DNA — brand, voice, audience — drives these decisions automatically:
- Colors — slots for page background, audio player, prompt card background, correct/incorrect feedback colors, and accent
- Fonts — two roles: a display font for headings and prompts, plus a body font for choices and transcript
- Copy — title, intro line, scene setup, audio caption, coaching prompts, choice text, coach feedback notes, and transcript
- Images and audio — the audio clip is the main customization, plus optional avatars or scene illustrations of the speakers
- Behavior — choose the number of prompts, whether the transcript is shown after attempt, whether speed control is available, and how strict matching is for short-answer questions
